Philippe Autier

Philippe Autier is an epidemiologist who has worked in the cancer field for thirty-five years, mainly on skin melanoma and on cancer screening. Main works on melanoma were about UV exposure, sunbed use, sunscreens, and screening. From 2005 to 2010, Philippe Autier was the head of the Epidemiology Methods at the International Agency for Cancer Research (IARC) in Lyon. From 2011 onwards, he was Vice-President of the International Prevention Research Institute in Lyon.
